After 27 years with the company, Robin Lavooij has decided to step down from his role as Group Managing Director and leave Van Rees Group on 15 October 2026.
During his career with Van Rees Group, Robin fulfilled a wide range of roles across the organization and made a significant contribution to the company’s development. Most recently, he played an important role in advancing the transition towards a more coordinated and collaborative way of working across the Group, helping to strengthen alignment and support across its global supply chains.
His dedication, commitment and many years of service have been of great value to Van Rees Group.
Following Robin’s departure, the responsibilities of the Group Managing Director will, for the time being, be shared across the Management Team. Business operations and points of contact remain unchanged, and the Management Team will continue to ensure continuity until a successor has been appointed.
